Barth Sign Installed at Library

On Tuesday, Friends of the Library volunteers installed the interpretive sign/historic marker honoring John Barth on the front lawn of the Cambridge library. The sign will be unveiled during a ceremony on Saturday at 4 pm. Barth and local dignitaries will attend the program, which is free and open to the public.

It is easy to become a Friend. Come by the library and pick up a Membership Form.

What You Can Do

Join and support the Library with your membership donation.

Help sort and shelve donated books for the monthly Book Sale.

Help promote and publicize the Book Sale.

Organize Special Events such as local author Book Signings, Book Sales at other local events, and literacy promotion.

Serve on the Friends’ Board, which meets quarterly with the Library Director.
